Devin Kaiser

Devin Kaiser is the STEM Projects Lead at the Virginia Air & Space Science Center (VASSC) and a proud double Lancer. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Liberal Studies from Longwood University in 2021 and her Master of Science in Special Education in 2022, following in the footsteps of her mother, a 1987 Longwood College alumna. Devin began her career teaching Special Education at John Yeates Middle School in Suffolk, VA, before transitioning to informal education at VASSC in 2023. In her current role, she supports the STEM Connect: NASA STEM Literacy and Community Enrichment Project, helping provide community STEM events, professional development, and resources for classrooms and school libraries across Hampton Roads. She is passionate about inspiring future STEM leaders both in and outside the classroom. Devin lives in Carrollton, Virginia, with her husband, Matthew (whom she met while at Longwood), their dog, Emma, and they are excited to welcome their daughter in June 2025. In her free time, she enjoys reading, crafting, and spending time with family and friends.
